Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
minesweeper plus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of minesweeperplus.cc to do the same. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws. When we receive a valid notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing.

How to File a Notice
To be effective, your written notice must include all of the following:
- Your signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf. - Identification of the copyrighted work
A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, you may provide a representative list. - Identification of the infringing material
The specific URL(s) or location(s) on minesweeperplus.cc where the allegedly infringing material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it. - Your contact information
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. - Good-faith statement
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. - Accuracy and authority statement
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
What Happens After We Receive a Notice
After receiving a valid notice, we may:
- remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- notify the party who provided the material;
- take other steps we consider appropriate under applicable law.
Counter-Notification
If your material was removed or disabled and you believe the claim was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent.
A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your signature
A physical or electronic signature. - Identification of removed material
The material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal. - Statement under penalty of perjury
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification. - Your contact information
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. - Consent to jurisdiction
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, the federal courts located in New York, NY), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy to the original complainant and, unless they file a court action, restore the content within a reasonable period as required by law.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to minesweeperplus.cc for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
